What shapes your quote
Six things move the number. Tell us these and the quote comes back tight the first time.
Guest count
More guests mean more tables, linens, centerpieces and balloon coverage — it is the single biggest driver.
Date & season
Peak weekends, prom season and graduation weekends book earliest and carry the highest demand.
Venue & travel
Setup time, access and distance from Somerdale all factor into the quote.
Services selected
A balloon arch alone costs far less than a full styled room with rentals and entertainment.
Booking length
Entertainment stations like face painting, balloon twisting and henna are booked by the hour.
Custom work
Bespoke backdrops, signage and specialty finishes are quoted on the design, not off a list.
Why there are no prices on this page: a balloon arch for a backyard party and a full styled banquet room are not the same job. Publishing a single number would either overcharge small events or underquote big ones. The quote is free either way.
How clients usually bundle
These are the three ways most events come together. Every one is quoted to your specific date, venue and guest count.
